  Two strikes and you're out!
  
  First strike. I brought in an old car to get a squeaky belt fixed. Upon receiving my vehicle and driving away I noticed my alternator was no longer charging. Upon further inspection at home, they might have fixed one squeaky belt, but in the process loosened up the other belts that were previously fine! Wow, fixed it myself. Second strike, simple job, put some new rims on old tires, a real gimme job. Problem occurred when I go to pay and receive my vehicle, I plant myself directly in front of Paul and his partner at the service desk while they ignore me, take phone calls, order parts, make eye contact and look away, for a good 40 minutes (no joke). Granted, it was busy in the shop, but not once a greeting, a "can I help you sir?" When I finally stood up and asked do I need to take a number around here? The response was "well you should have said something and spoke up!" Like it's my fault. Like I need to do that in the business?! Like when I walk into Tim Hortons and want to order coffee I got to go over to the counter and lay across it, grab someone by the neck and say "I'm here!" Here's a perfect example of when shops are busy they can treat you like garbage, without remorse. I'll take my business elsewhere.
